I’ve been at Southside for just about a year now, and I’ve never felt like part of a family so quickly! I’m currently a college student majoring in Animal Science. I’ve always known I wanted to work with animals since I was young—I just didn’t know where to start.

Before moving to Tennessee, I owned an animal rescue sanctuary where I got to care for animals every day. I’m so happy to now be working at Southside, where I still get to meet so many wonderful animals.

My best friends are Yamasaki, a 7-year-old Doberman, and Buppy, a 16-year-old geriatric teacup poodle.
